WHERE DO I START?
1. Read all the sections in the left column under "education".
2. Decide if this is something that you would enjoy doing.
3. Get a demo trading platform/account (try fxcm.com - it is free and simple to learn). Each broker has step-by-step instructions on how to use the
platform. Most brokers are willing to call clients and walk them through the platform specs. Take advantage of this option.
4. Get to know your platform (inside out). Don't worry about making the right or wrong trades. Learn how to be fast at submitting and closing orders.
5. Get a charting package. Again, all of the charts that we have seen so far have excellent "user manuals". You will have to read these manuals to understand
your charts. Master your charts! Know what they can do for you.
6. And finally, it is time to go back to the information and apply it.
7. Take 100 demo trades with a maximum of 3 trades per day (that will teach you how to wait for the right setup). If you want more time with the chart,
just watch them... but don't trade.
8. If you are getting good results, open a live mini account and trade 1 mini lot at a time - even if you have millions of dollars. Take 500 trades with maximum of
2 trades per day.
9. If you are getting good results, it is finally time to risk more and make more.
10. If you are not getting good results, you need to go back and review you trades and trading habits
Note: If at any time you need to clarify something, we do offer our "follow up services". Take advantage of this as needed!
